Brighton District Library
Virtual Meeting 2

Event Details

Join us for a virtual Teen Writers Workshop. Great writers are made, not born. The Brighton District Library’s Teen Writers’ Workshop helps tomorrow's great writers plot a course in the literary world. Facilitated by Award-winning humorist Mike Ball, this workshop is fun and rewarding. Young writers enjoy a free-wheeling camaraderie with other aspiring writers, and receive positive reinforcement as they progress. Participants also receive a journal upon their first Teen Writers Workshop session and can be picked up at the Library’s Information desk. Grades 7-12.

Chromebooks are reserved at the Information Desk for participants to check out if they need one to participant in this virtual program. Internet access is available just outside the Library or ask about checking out a wi-fi hotspot.

“Funding for this program is provided in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library of Michigan.”
