Come and join ryt 500 hour yoga instructor Coco Keehl for basic yoga for teens. All levels of strength and flexibility are welcomed to join as we sync movement up with breath, get more grounded in the body, and feel relaxed after 50 minutes of movement and 10 minutes of breathing meditation. Bring a towel or yoga mat to stand on and a water bottle. Register beginning June 1. Grades 7-12.
